Kristoff wins final sprint in Tour of Oman, Nibali secures overall victory

Alexander Kristoff (Katusha) won the final stage in Tour of Oman 2016 to take his second victory of the week. Zico Waeytens was second and his Giant-Alpecin teammate Søren Kragh Andersen was third after three laps of a hilly circuit.

Nibali finished just behind the sprinters to secure his first overall victory in the Tour of Oman. He finished one second away from victory in 2012, when he was beaten by Peter Velits but has confirmed he is on form for 2016.
