One of the best One Day Events of the word cycling season is live on the 7’th of march on Cyling Today with the live stream starting at 14:00 CET Europe. The cycling race of Strade Bianche is considered to be one of the most spectacular one day cycling event in Italy being held in the region of Tuscany starting on the paved roads of Siena and finishing in the same city.
Strade Bianche is gaining prestige every year and while the name may suggest otherwise, history is still young with an inaugural edition held in 2007. Strade bianche is ‘white roads’ in Italian and refers to the sections of unpaved roads. After a 16% climb into the old town, the race finishes on the Piazza del Campo in Siena.
