Lobato wins the third stage in Dubai Tour after an impressive uphill sprint

The third stage of Dubai Tour took the peloton today to the only climb of the race and Juan Jose Lobato (Movistar) was the fastest man on the 200m final ascent.

Lobato was 3rd last year, but in the absence of John Degenkolb and Alejandro Valverde, the spanish rider outsprinted in an impressive manner Giacomo Nizzolo (Trek-Segafredo) and Silvan Dillier (BMC). The Movistar rider is second now in the general classification, 2 seconds behind the new leader, Nizzolo.
