Cyclist deliberately hit by car gets revenge

This is the shocking moment a driver ‘deliberately’ ran down a cyclist, causing him to seek revenge and smash in the car’s rear window.

The man, who is wearing a black hat, hoody and grey jogging bottoms is seen cycling down the road in Cippenham, Berkshire.

The black Volkswagon Golf then appears to mount the curb and head straight towards him.

In a desperate attempt to avoid injury, the cyclist tries to jump out of the way.

However, he can’t avoid being hit by the vehicle and painfully rolls across the bonnet before hitting a car that is parked in a driveway.

The man is then seen to fall on his back.  But he didn’t stay lying down for long. Instead the cyclist jumps up almost immediately with an item that he has found on the ground.

With his weapon in hand the cyclist chases the car down the road and when it appears to stall, he seizes his moment to smash in its back window.

He then steps into the road and spreads his arms before casually walking back towards his bike.

Thames Valley Police said that the incident took place at around 2.30pm on 1 February.  They also confirmed that Adeel Ahmed had been arrested last month and was charged with attempting to cause grievous bodily harm with intent.
